Coach profile

Former county tennis champion. Competitive powerlifter. Obsessed with how bodies actually work.

My route into coaching started on a tennis court aged 10. By 16 I was Singles County Champion, ranked top in the country for my age group, and racking up West Midlands titles in Racketball and Squash along the way. The thing I loved most? Getting under a barbell between sessions.

That love stuck. I entered my first BDFPA powerlifting competition in 2016 and never looked back. Today I blend elite-level strength training principles with a refined, practical approach to functional fitness — so the people I coach don’t just look different, they perform different.

Alongside training I’m a qualified nutrition advisor. That means no extremes, no fads — just clear, sustainable guidance that complements the way you want to live.
